Workshop #1:  9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. 

Edible Gardening the River-Friendly Way:  Presentation by Gail Pothour, UC Cooperative Extension Master Gardener.  Learn how to grow nutritious food by: 

  • fostering healthy soil and using efficient watering methods for edible plants
  • selecting what to plan and when to yield year-round bounty
  • choosing the right edible plants for our climate and conditions leads to success
  • managing garden pests that like delicious edibles as much as you!
